Required:
- MSW
- APHSW-C
- Expertise in Palliative & Hospice care

Please submit your application by July 31st.
Selected members will be notified prior to August 15, 2022.
If selected to participate, you will receive 5 Continuing Education Credits towards recertification!
Timeline:
- June 15- July31 – submit applications
- August 1- August 15 – Applications reviewed; item writers selected and notified
- August 15 – training session, 2-3:30 EST
- August 15- –September 15 – item writers develop, reference and submit 10 items
- October – items added to item pool; review of submitted items by item reviewers
