Recertification

Information for those recertifying in 2023

For those of you who received your APHSW-C in 2019, you will need to recertify in 2023. As we are transitioning over to HPCC technology, you will receive information about how to apply, submitting your paperwork and application directly from HPCC in the coming months.  We hope you will find the new system easy and convenient to use!

Recertification

More information about the recertification process will be available in the next several weeks. All current APHSW-C certificants will receive and email from The Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center (HPCC) with instructions on bow to proceed with renewal.
