Employer Partnership Program

The Employer Partnership Program exists to encourage organizations to assist their eligible social workers to become certified by the APHSW Certification Program (APHSW). Our hope is by reducing the certification fee for applicants, employers will be more likely to offer financial support to eligible social workers and encourage all of their social workers to work towards obtaining such certification.

If you are a company that has multiple social workers (10 or more) who may be eligible and interested in certification, please contact us!

Details of the program discounts:

• If you have 10 social workers who would be eligible to sit for the exam during our two sessions per year, APHSW-C can offer your agency a 25% discount on the cost of the exam.  The agency can choose to reimburse the candidates, or they can pre-purchase vouchers for the candidates to use at the time of application.
• Should more than 10 social workers take the exam in a year (two consecutive sessions) we can also offer an additional 10% off of those applications in the form of a year end rebate check.

The Social Work Hospice and Palliative Network (SWHPN), the Society for Social Work Leaders in Health Care (SSWLHC), the Association for Oncology Social Work (AOSW), and the Association for Pediatric Oncology Social Work (APOSW) participate in the program by offering a reduced application fee for their members! SWHPN also offers group membership rates for agencies with. many social workers.
